The game is unfinished and has no set release date.
Windward Mark are currently working on the new engine for Second Life.
Windwark Mark continue to own all intellectual property for Alliance: The Silent War and have not officially cancelled the project. It's more of an indefinite hiatus.
They
won't be giving the game to another team finish.
You
can't have what has been done so far.
Even if they switched back to Alliance now you would not get the game for 12-18 months.
