We'll see if they can screw it up as badly as Warcraft 3.

*is still mad at Blizzard for that*

Well, it seems to be very very similar to the original, unlike Warcraft 3 which was totally different :S

Yeah, from reading about it on Blizzard's website, and watching the gamplay video, it looks as if it has actually improved :x.

The voice acting, animations, and general graphics are very amazing.

My pants were thoroughly crapped when I saw this the other day.

Eeeewwwww =P
I hope you have changed pants since then ;)

The video surprised me. I half excpected the guy in the prison to be executed in some nasty, futuristic way when the robot arms grabbed him, but I was pleasently surprised when they clad him in armor that put the armor Space Marines wear in WH40k to shame :D

I also made a simple sig from it because the scene shown in it called to me in a way... 8-)

Whoa there, I love the look of Starcraft myself and all but I'd have to say that my vote goes to the 40k style, it's much more gritty. The artists obviously drew inspiration from Warhammer 40k; not that there is anything wrong with that.

I always think most of WH40K was designed for what you can do with a lead figurine.

I prefer Blizzard's designs on the whole.

Don't get me wrong, I do love all things Wathammer40k, I just think the armor of the marines in Statcraft is way cooler than in WH40k.

Now I need to go out and buy the original Starcraft... (*gasp* No, I somehow haven't played it :shock:)

I need to as well, the copy I played on was a friend's copy who isn't here anymore. The year Starcraft game out (98) a ton of great games were released. I didn't get to play Starcraft as much as I'd have liked.

Not just no but HELL NO! They've already shamed the Warcraft name twice, no need to drag Starcraft into the mud.
