Don't worry, that's most definitely not going to happen. We're extremely dedicated and excited about the project, and the response has been phenomenal at every level.

I had worried the exact same thing man. I honestly doubt that this will be the case with Alliance. Ive personally had the pleasure of meeting most of the guys behind the Alliance game and I can say that they're dedicated to the quality of the game. They love this game and wont see it turned into "vaporware."

Keep up the good work guys.

Yes, but what about funding? Or are you all a bunch of financially independent gun-nut geeks from the dotcom days?

For obvious reasons I can't discuss funding details. However, we're not going anywhere.

Please not EA.

Every franchise that i used to love was bought by EA and turned into crap.

C&C is what i miss the most (The originals C&C, not generals)

Plus i dont buy EA games regardless of the quality of the game for the same reason.

EA is a good company, from start... But they keep to long inside old ideas and old game engines of them self... But this game that we talking about here... Is just a new idea from scratch, like aswell the game engine... So i have trust to Silent War and to the crew creating and design it... Cus this game idea have been in my thoghts for must longer then even this company got it in first place... I'am just glad someone is making my gaming dream to reality...

I just hope they "DONT" miss the arms of swedish army... ;)

P:S Please guys, never go to team up with EA crew... Work on your great ideas for your self and make some profits...

I am pretty optimistic on how this game will pan out. The developers here are very dedicated and communicative to this community. I don't mind what publishing company they choose, so long as they don't go for you UBi. UBi screwed over the tactical realism for the PC community by delivering a consolized game like R6:LockDown (R.I.P R6) and releasing an uncompleted game like Ghost Recon: AW (No TDM, No Anti-Cheat, Lack of maps/weapons).

i think some of you are being a tiny bit too cynical towards ea; they have released alot of cookie cutter games and have killed some franchises, but they also have some quality games under their belt.

in saying that, it may be better if you go with a different publisher to ea, but what do i know ?

UBi basicly made the tactical realism genre

Yes, I know that and everyone knows that. However, the point I am trying to make here is they simply squashed the tactical realistic element and made R6:LockDown into an Arcade FPS. Play the LockDown demo and form your opinion. As for Ghost Recon:AW, they released the game with only COOP and DOM. They never added Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Anti-cheat, and Stand Alone Server files for dedicated servers.

Point is UBi ruined both franchises with their recent releases.
