Some Android devices incorrectly report that a Gamepad is plugged in when it's not, causing touch controls to be turned off and leaving you with no way to control the plane.
You can fix this by manually force-disabling Gamepad support in Options -> Controls -> Use Gamepad, set it to "No".
If controls are not responding and you don't see the "Use Gamepad" option at all, please contact us.

If you purchased them with real money, go to "Options, Plan & Extras" then tap "Restore Purchases". Wait 5 seconds, then your items should be restored to your account. (Make sure you are connected to the internet when you do this.) Note: for this to work, in the App Store you must be logged in with the same account that made the purchases.
If you unlocked your items with Alliance Credits (i.e. through gameplay), data recovery depends on whether iCloud Storage was enabled before you lost access to the game:
If after doing that (or iCloud Storage was already enabled) and your stuff is still missing, then we're afraid your progress is lost.
