Take a close look at these two fine men. Which would prevail in an epic fight to the death?

Would it be Teddy Roosevelt, one handing an M60 with a massive U.S. flag in the other, smoking a cigar in the wake of a nuclear explosion whilst wearing the Duke Nukem belt. The manliest man in the history of man kind.

Or would it be the mighty Abe, bringer of justice, mounted atop a grizzly bear saddled by an American flag, with a decked out M4 named "The Emancipator" in one hand and the actual Emancipation Proclamation in the other.

This is a 1 on 1 battle to end all battles. All and any factors are taken into account. Weapon stats, environmental advantages, mobility advantages (ie the bear). Anything can be taken into account.

Comment, discuss, argue, elect your new (or old?) president!

Dude, Roosevelt wins all the way.
Not only did he keep bears, badgers and snakes in the white-house, but he also created the Rough Riders (late 19th century America's answer to The A-team).

When it comes to fighting skills, Roosevelt out-beats Lincoln due to his military training, boxing skills and more bad-ass M60.

Also, notice how Abe relies on the grizzly bear for transport whereas Roosevelt seems content to simply riddle Bigfoot with bullets.
Tells you alot about their murderous priorities. :P

Teddy Roosevelt, no doubt about it.

The first time I saw that drawing, I thought he was shooting a BAR without a magazine. But now upon closer inspection it's just a thinner, smaller version of the M60 lol.

I also like how he's wearing the same belt buckle as Duke Nukem. Of all the things about this picture that are anachronistic, the thing that bothers me the most is that 1) men did not wear belts during his time 2) if they did, they certainly did not let the waistline of their pants be seen - the waistcoat would cover it.

Lastly, TR survived an assassination attempt, Lincoln, well, got assassinated, lol.

They should do a Deadliest Warrior episode with Theodore Roosevelt versus Otto von Bismarck.

That would be an excellent matchup.

Knowing Spike, though, if they did an episode with TR, he'd be against Mussolini or something.

4 - 0 in favor of Teddy (who I also voted for). I figured at least somebody would have been terrified of the bear and gone with Lincoln. Guess not.

For 'normal' human beings, this may apply, but just look at the TR in the first drawing: he's dumping rounds into a bear (or sasquatch?) at point blank range with little to no visible fucks being given.

Serious lolz. The Bard couldn't have written a better ending phrase to that sentence.
