What do you mean knew? Did Colt end diplomacy with your or something?

By the way, that thing would recoil much worse than an FG42.

No need for a class 3 anything. It's fully transferable. Fill out the Form 4, pay the $200 stamp tax, get sheriff/DA/judge to sign off on it and it's yours.

That's a bit pricey for one. I've seen them from 10 to 15k although being experimental it might be worth that if true. If only the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986 didn't add a thing that says you couldn't make anymore machineguns they would be much cheaper and if import laws weren't there there would be a lot more to choose from.

You still need a class 3 dealer to be your FFL guy.

Please explain why an m-14 costs 25k. Is there that much of a demand for it?

Umm...do you not know about the Full auto weapons ban of 1986 that says you cannot buy any Class 3 weapon made after 1986? So that means the prices of all auto's went WAY WAY WAY UP.

HK auto sears used to cost around $600 and below. Now they cost $10,000 and up.
